Ask Unni Chat Data: when you use our AI assistant ("Ask Unni"), we collect the text of your conversations, generated responses, timestamps, and usage logs.
Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser info, log data, interactions, and general analytics.
Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests.
Parental/Guardian Information: if required for minors.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide and operate the Service.
Deliver and improve features, including the Ask Unni chat function.
Generate admissions guidance, projections, and reports.
Monitor the Service for misuse, safety, and performance issues.

Protect against misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Create anonymized and aggregated data sets for analytics, research, and product improvement. Such data cannot reasonably identify you and may be retained indefinitely.
4. Administrative Access to Chat and Uploaded Data
Authorized team members and administrators may review user data, including chat histories and uploaded content, for purposes of:
Debugging and quality assurance.
Feature improvement and safety monitoring.
Investigating abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
All administrative access is logged, limited to trained personnel, and governed by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Ask Unni Chat Data:
Chat logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for feature improvement, debugging, and abuse detection (generally not more than 12 months) before being anonymized or deleted.
We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytics and research.

The Service is not available to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If such data is found, it will be deleted promptly.
