Refund Policy
EdMission, Inc. (doing business as "EdMission Unni")
Effective Date: September 6, 2025
1. Billing
- Fees for paid plans or features are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Payment must be made by a valid credit/debit card or another accepted method.
2. Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- We may grant a refund at our sole discretion if:
- You were charged in error;
- You cancel within a posted trial or grace period;
- The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time in your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
4. Trials & Promotions
- Free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing may be offered.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans at the then-current
rate.
5. Pricing Changes
- We may change fees at any time with reasonable notice.
- New fees apply at the next billing cycle; continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Disputed Charges
- If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
- We may suspend accounts with unresolved payment disputes.
